GSTV is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help manage the sales technology platform that facilitates day-to-day business.

As a member of the Business Transformation team you will be working closely with a sales organization growing and transforming into a cutting-edge digital media sales team. Simply put, candidates must be driven, organized, team-oriented, and exceptional communicators.

You should approach the your role as one of continuous improvement and iteration. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, highly practical, detail-oriented, and possess the willingness and ability to handle a wide variety of challenges in a fast-paced iterative environment.

Your responsibilities as a Salesforce Administrator include:

Providing Ongoing Support for Salesforce/Sales Technology Platform for the Organization

  • Be the point person for questions and challenges that arise from daily use by multiple teams
  • Create, customize, and maintain page layouts, views, reports, and dashboards using functional knowledge of the Salesforce data structure
  • Manage mass imports and exports of data
  • Serve as the specialist for data housed in the sales technology platform - which may include driving the general approach and execution of data cleansing efforts in collaboration with users and developers
  • Monitor incoming problem tickets and system metrics around usage and data integrity, developing and implementing technical or communication action plans to resolve problem trends
  • Understand and proactively manage downstream implications of changes to reports, dashboards, views, and new data fields initiated by user requests
  • Participate in ongoing platform enrichment projects by identifying areas of improvement and growth

Developing and Implementing Salesforce Training for New and Existing Staff

  • Ensure our organization is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to use Salesforce - and the rest of the sales technology platform by building and delivering training content
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and Key Performance Indicators
  • Provide sales technology platform updates and tips at various team meetings
  • Monitor usage and developing plans to increase adoption and encourage learning across the organization

Who You Are:

  • You have experience working in a sales operations role using the following technologies - Salesforce and Outreach.io
  • You're able to simplify and distill complex concepts and present information clearly and concisely
  • You have strong communication skills - especially over the phone, chat, video conference, and by email
  • You have strong project management abilities with the ability to maintain oversight of all the details as you coordinate many moving pieces under tight timelines
  • You're able to prioritize tasks by level of importance and business impact
  • You like working in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing requirements and demands
  • You work independently, but also as enjoy working as part of a team
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs products

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experiences as a Salesforce administrator
  • com Administrator certification is preferred, but not required
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and growth of Salesforce within an organization
  • Proven ability to utilize Salesforce as a sales analysis tool
  • Bachelor's Degree
