GSTV is looking for Regional VP candidate with a demonstrated history of building, leading, and growing national sales teams.  This leader has a proven track record of growing revenue through strategic solutions for client partners and managing with value-based leadership and coaching. This candidate is comfortable leading a team in today's constantly changing media landscape, and leveraging data for targeting and attribution solutions, content and commercial product options and leveraging GSTV's growing scale into mobile, video, digital, broadcast, DOOH solutions and more.

 Our Regional Vice President, West & Central will lead a seasoned and growing team of sales professionals located primarily in LA and Chicago focusing on leading advertising agencies within key Holding Companies, the largest marketing brands at client direct, and Fortune 500 brands.  The role is focused on motivating, coaching, and measuring team outputs around client engagement, showcasing the GSTV value proposition, and onboarding new and growing existing partnerships to drive immediate and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals and lead the development of new and incremental business by managing activity and execution of full funnel sales efforts
  • Develop and lead prospecting strategies that drive new client meetings and relationship growth
  • Personally, develop executive level client relationships, and lead strategic direction and conversations with key focus brands and agencies to help support your team's sales efforts
  • Drive seven figure partnerships and content partnership opportunities.
  • Properly manage your team's sales pipeline and activities via SalesForce, Outreach, and other tools to ensure a credible and accurate forecast
  • Drive aggressive revenue targets across multiple GSTV revenue opportunities
  • Assist with sales operations, internal sales processes and marketing efforts to support sellers
  • Recruit, train, and motive high-quality sales professionals
  • Inspire and drive a world class winning sales culture that enables your team to be highly successful
  • Create solutions for customers leveraging in-depth understanding of the national advertising, digital video and data-driven audience targeting and attribution marketplace
  • Train, coach, and support your team to improve their sales skills and effectiveness

  • Cultivate relationships with partners, optimize their performance and identify additional business opportunities to expand partnership revenues.
  • Provide regular updates to ELT including pipeline, revenue, and business growth


  • Demonstrated track record of managing sales professionals through leadership and mentorship
  • Track record of growing sales revenue with major brands and agencies and closing seven figure deals.
  • Experience building and implementing prospecting strategies to deliver new revenue streams
  • Understand and drive solution selling previous experience introducing new products to market and leveraging video, content, data, mobile and DOOH solutions also valuable.
  • Understands agency, advertiser, and publisher landscape, and experience building broad coalitions of influencers and decision-makers to drive revenue growth and client retention
  • Ability to lead and drive account planning processes to ensure 360 degree sales efforts across all decision making groups of a brand planning, buying, creative, client direct, etc.
  • Ability to access and present with immediate credibility to senior agency teams, C-level brand executives and industry peers.
  • Proven ability to manage against clear and deliverable goals demonstrates tenacity, commitment to deliver and be accountable for results.
  • Strong organizational / time management skills and be detailed oriented.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with key partners in sales planning, marketing and insights to scope and prioritize opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
  • Be a self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.

  • BA/BS degree from a leading US or International University and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • 10+ years media industry experience including 5+ years of senior management roles overseeing teams of 8 or more sellers
  • Passion for, and deep understanding of digital media/video monetization products and trends, audience data and solutions-based approach
  • Impressive ability to negotiate deals, think strategically, and understand complex client campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Existing, current relationships with decision-makers at national brands, advertising agencies and advertising technology companies.
  • Exceptional business acumen and insightful understanding of industry trends & revenue drivers
  • Entrepreneurial drive and an ability to organize, prioritize, and clarify deliverables
  • Dynamic presence, stellar written and presentation skills, and excellent communication and influencing abilities across multiple levels
